• We will aim at helping you conceptualize your first idea by defining its scope of possibilities, in which to grow it, without compromising neither the long term, nor the adhesion of its various stakeholders, key for its success.

- Structuring both its conceptual and practical framework, while defining its scope of possible
- Gathering the necessary elements for the understanding of my projects by the various stakeholders

- Creation project holder, who identified a need in a market not completely familiar

- Active pedagogy: alternation of theoretical lectures, simulation exercises and group work
- Each participant has adapted course materials

- Day 1: How to validate the durability of my idea and my ability to unleash its full market dynamics?
- Day 2: How to master the tuning of my idea and ensure that I have clarified all of its stages of development?
- Day 3: How to write, summarize, format, present, defend and validate my project with the various stakeholders to conquer?
- Day 4: The role of my company, my values, my vision, my medium to long term management needs
- Day 5: Why, when and how to push it abroad?
